Shipping Policy
Overview
Orders are posted within 5 working days of confirmation unless otherwise indicated on the listing.
Orders valued below £100 (excluding postage and discounts) will be posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class / Signed For® 2nd Class / Tracked 48® or Royal Mail 1st Class / Signed For® 1st Class / Tracked 24®. You will be asked to choose a delivery method at checkout.
Orders valued above £100 (excluding postage and discounts) will be posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm®.
If you wish to have your order picked up instead of
delivered, you will need to ask us to cancel the current order you have with us
and place a new order.
Return Policy
Item Arrived Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete
Please advise us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order. If delivery confirmation is unavailable, please advise us within the maximum delivery time (MDT) and 3 days. In writing, please also include at least one picture or video showing the damage, defect, or incompleteness.
We will verify your request within 3 working days. If verified, we will contact you to proceed with one of the following compensations:
A partial refund. You do not need to send the item back to us.
A full refund. You do not need to send the item back to us.
A return and full refund. We will pay the return postage for you.
A replacement. We will pay for any cost associated with the replacement excluding import tax (if applicable).
Depending on each case, some options may not be available to you.
Items returned to us are subject to inspection. If the returned item does not match the claimed damage, defect, or incompleteness, only a partial refund will be issued and you may receive no refund. Replacements will not be sent.
Item did not arrive within Reasonable Time.
Please advise us in writing within 14 days after the maximum delivery time (MDT).
We will verify your request within 3 working days. If verified, we will contact you to proceed with one of the following compensations:
A full refund. You do not need to send the item back to us.
A replacement. We will pay for any cost associated with the replacement excluding import tax (if applicable).
Depending on each case, some options may not be available to you.
Change of Mind
Please advise us in writing within 30 days of receiving your order. If delivery confirmation is unavailable, please advise us within the delivery time (MDT) and 15 days.
We will verify your request within 3 working days. If verified, we will contact you to proceed with one of the following options:
A full refund. You do not need to send the item back to us.
A return and refund. You will need to post the item back to us at your own expense.
Depending on each individual case, some options may not be available to you.
Items returned to us are subject to inspection. If the returned item is not in a resalable condition, only a partial refund will be issued and it is possible that you will receive no refund.
Postage associated with the original order will not be refunded.
Notes
Maximum delivery time (MDT) varies from service to service. See below for more information.
The date of dispatch is the date when we sent you a direct email notification advising that we have posted your item. This date is counted within the maximum delivery time (MDT).
If the subsequent replacement arrived damaged, defective, or incomplete, or did not arrive in the maximum delivery time (MDT), we will offer a full refund or return and full refund.
If we do not receive your return within the maximum delivery time (MDT) and 7 days since we verified your request, we will not proceed with this request and no refund will be issued.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to be cleared. If you do not receive your refund after 5 working days, you can contact us for assistance.
